At Ten Over Ten Apparel, we believe your order should arrive quickly, safely, and with purpose. Every package is prepared with care and prayer because what you wear carries a message of faith.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

  • Canada: 2–5 business days after processing

  • United States: 3–7 business days after processing

  • International (Rest of the World): 10–30 business days after processing

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, carrier issues, or local delivery conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order and follow your blessings on the way. If you do not receive your tracking details within a few days after shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@tenovertenapparel.com

Express Shipping

Express or priority shipping options are not available at this time.
We are working to add faster delivery options in the future.

Order Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@tenovertenapparel.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Ten Over Ten Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other international shipping factors.
